Job Summary
Meet cultivation goals and objectives while maintaining quality assurance standards and protocols. Perform basic maintenance, including deleafing, lollipopping, trellis netting, and room cleaning. Load and unload materials, supplies, and waste while managing inventory effectively. Follow all Standard Operating Procedures, Safety Rules, and regulatory guidelines to create a positive work environment. Clean and organize tools and equipment daily. Adhere to safe handling practices and complete tasks in an efficient, consistent manner. This role requires physical stamina to lift up to 50 pounds daily and perform repetitive tasks under pressure. Candidates must be at least 21 years old, have reliable transportation, and be available for occasional weekends and holidays. Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, multiple times, daily
- Ability to stoop, kneel, and crouch daily
- Ability to stand or sit for extended periods of time 8-12 hours

- General computer skills
