Job Summary
Plant, weed, defoliate, and harvest crops while adhering to strict farm SOPs and maintaining high cleanliness standards. Perform post-harvest tasks including hand trimming, bucking, and packaging. Work indoors or outdoors in varying weather conditions, standing or crouching to lift up to 40 lbs. Shifts are flexible and shift-based based on client staffing needs; work is not guaranteed. You must be 21+, legally eligible to work in the U.S., and have reliable transportation to access various local farm and processing sites.
