Candymaker's Helper

Candymaker's Helper provides hands-on confectionery production support in a fast-paced factory setting. The role produces chocolate and confectionery items by following established recipes and production standards, supports daily kitchen production flow, monitors texture, temperature, and appearance for quality, operates candy-making and kitchen equipment safely, and upholds food safety and sanitation requirements. Works closely with Kitchen Leads and Supervisors to communicate production issues, ingredient needs, and quality concerns, with opportunities to grow into higher levels and pay as skills develop.
