Candy Technician 1st and 2nd Shift

Manufacture, assemble, inspect, and package product per customer specifications while maintaining continuous operation during assigned shifts. Resolve production problems by notifying appropriate personnel or the Line Lead for additional resources, and discontinue operations if necessary until issues are resolved. Report food safety and quality problems to authorized personnel and ensure all output meets assigned quality standards under SQF Food Safety. Maintain a safe, clean environment by complying with procedures, reporting hazards, wearing required PPE, and attending mandatory training. Promote teamwork and effective relations among all contacts by setting positive examples.
