Job Summary
Candy Room/Roasting Line Support II – 2nd Shift at Flagstone Foods. Responsible for executing the daily production schedule to meet customer orders and quality standards, including setup of equipment and supplies, completing required paperwork, and adhering to allergen control and food-safety guidelines. Supports root-cause analysis, problem solving, and corrective actions; participates in safety programs and mandatory training; communicates effectively with peers and leadership; able to work independently with minimal supervision and handle changing priorities. Must be willing to work night shifts, weekends, and holidays. Location: Robersonville, NC; El Paso, TX; Dothan, AL. Supervises – No.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Food manufacturing experience desired
- Basic analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to effectively communicate with peers and leadership
- Ability to work cross-functionally, convey equipment issues, and maintain confidentiality
- Ability to think quickly and handle frequent change
- Detail oriented with the ability to organize and multitask
- Self-motivated, goal oriented, quality driven, and capable of working independently with little supervision
- Willingness to work various shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays based on business need
