Job Summary
Design itineraries for exotic destinations, cruises, and tailor-made trips by researching flights, hotels, and transfers while managing visa and insurance requirements. Execute bookings and ticket issuance through reservation systems, then provide continuous support from departure through return, handling cancellations and emergencies. Requires Spanish or Portuguese fluency, GDS knowledge, and availability for shifts between 10:00 and 23:00 including weekends. Required Qualifications
- Formação profissional ou superior em Turismo, Gestão, Marketing ou Comunicação
- Conhecimentos médios/avançados de GDS (Amadeus ou Galileu)
- Residência na região de Lisboa
- Disponibilidade para trabalhar por turnos entre as 10h00 e as 23h00 (incluindo fins de semana)
