Job Summary
Create approved requisitions, conduct internal and external sourcing by mining talent pools and posting jobs, and perform data mining for additional candidates. Support candidate intake via electronic, phone, or paper methods, develop screening lists, and execute automated candidate screening using Interactive Voice Response (IVR). Conduct hiring manager interactions and perform initial screening to ascertain candidates meet Quality Indicator (QIA) standards. Maintain ATS data accuracy and reporting support while collaborating with recruiters and delivery teams. Requires understanding of Australian recruitment processes, specifically within the airline industry, and proficiency with SuccessFactors Recruiting module. Open to Australian shift timings from 9 am to 5 pm.
Required Qualifications
- 3 to 5 years
- Talent Acquisition sourcing or recruitment support roles
- Candidate sourcing and pipeline building
- Profile screening and shortlisting support
- Use of job boards, LinkedIn, and sourcing tools
- ATS data maintenance and reporting support
- Candidate outreach and engagement activities
- Exposure to Australian recruitment processes especially in airline industry
- Knowledge of SuccessFactors Recruiting module
- Any Graduate
- Candidate sourcing and talent research
- Pipeline development and management
- Attention to detail and data accuracy
- Time management and prioritization
- Collaboration with recruiters and delivery teams
- Understanding of recruitment processes and sourcing best practices
- Must be open to Australian shift timings: (9 am to 5 pm) Australian time
