Required Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Candidate Resourcer or in a recruitment support role
- Strong ability to engage candidates and build rapport over the phone and online
- Confident using LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools
- Organised, detail-oriented, and proactive in your approach
Desired Qualifications
- Engineering recruitment experience (civil, structural, M&E, or related disciplines)
