Job Summary
Define billing and payment flows for new services on Rakuten Ichiba, including advertising and delivery. Design operation frameworks and act as the intermediary between service, development, and accounting departments until release. Manage billing and payment data while monitoring payment deadlines and executing collection measures for outstanding amounts. Identify operational issues in existing systems and propose improvements, then participate in large-scale update projects. Plan and operate the internal BillPay system for invoices and payment notifications.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in designing and improving business operations
- Ability to facilitate smooth coordination and negotiation across departments
- Basic PC skills (proficient in standard Excel functions)
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in system requirements definition and process improvement
- Experience of team management
- Experience in creating reports and dashboards using BI tools (e.g., DOMO, Tableau)
- Experience in accounts receivable (billing) or accounts payable (payment) processes with business partners
- TOEIC Score exceeding 800 (or similar level of English ability)
- University Degree earned in an English-speaking country
