Manage live and future construction roles by sourcing candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, and headhunting while building and maintaining talent pools. Coordinate the full recruitment lifecycle from initial screening calls and registrations through to onboarding, references, and interview coordination. Write compelling job adverts, manage applications within The CRM and job boards, and collaborate with the marketing team on creative attraction campaigns. Ensure every candidate experience remains professional, smooth, and human while supporting client presentations and maintaining accurate CRM data. This candidate-led role operates Monday to Friday in Wakefield with zero sales pressure, focusing entirely on proper recruitment operations within the UK construction sector.
