Job Summary
Partner with Lead Consultants to source and qualify top candidates for recruitment missions across APAC. Acquire deep understanding of client business contexts and job requirements to drive mission success. Act as an ambassador for the Timeo-Performance brand toward clients, candidates, and colleagues while adhering to established processes. Contribute actively to team discussions and ideas for continuous improvement. Requires Bachelor's degree, two years of candidate manager experience, strong English proficiency, and a professional, solution-driven attitude.
Required Qualifications
- At least 2 years of experience as a Candidate manager / Researcher in a recruitment agency
- Strong level of English, spoken and written
- Demonstrating a professional attitude in the recruitment process from A to Z, towards clients and candidates, and internally
- People person, optimistic and reliable

Desired Qualifications
