Job Summary
Licensed Therapists sought to join LifeStance Health’s Colorado clinical team. The role supports outpatient behavioral healthcare with flexible scheduling in a hybrid telemedicine/in-person setting, offering generous above-market compensation, full benefits, and strong supervision/CEU opportunities. Responsibilities include delivering quality therapy to adults, geriatrics, and/or children/adolescents, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, and utilizing digital technology in a modern office environment. Must hold a provisional Colorado license (or eligible) and have at least 6 months of experience as a candidate-licensed clinician; bilingual and play-therapy expertise are a plus across multiple Colorado offices.
Required Qualifications
- Provisionally licensed in Colorado (Licensed Social Worker, Social Work Candidate, Licensed Professional Counselor Candidate, Marriage & Family Therapist Candidate)
- Must have 6 months of experience as a Candidate licensed Clinician
- Experienced in working with adult, geriatric and/or child and adolescent populations in a therapy-based environment
