Job Summary
Pfizer’s Candidate Experience Talent Sourcer – CMO AI Acceleration supports strategic talent acquisition for AI capabilities within the Chief Marketing Office. Responsibilities include proactive sourcing of AI talent (e.g., AI Product Management, Applied AI Talent, Full-Stack Developers), building and maintaining pipelines, direct candidate outreach via LinkedIn Recruiter and referrals, and supporting select full-cycle recruitment activities including screening, interview coordination, and offer support. The role emphasizes delivering an exceptional candidate experience, maintaining pipeline data in ATS, and contributing market insights on AI talent landscapes. Requires a Bachelor’s degree, minimum 5 years of sourcing/recruiting experience, and strong communication and stakeholder partnership skills; preferred experience includes regulated industries and executive search or strategic talent mapping. This is a 6-month CONTRACT assignment, remote within the United States, with potential relocation considerations and no visa sponsorship provided.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Minimum 5 years of recruitment sourcing and/or recruiting experience
- Experience sourcing for technical and specialized AI-related skill sets
- Strong expertise with LinkedIn Recruiter and modern sourcing methodologies
- Ability to manage multiple searches in a fast-paced environment
- Experience supporting hiring within life sciences, healthcare, or other highly regulated industries
- Experience supporting commercial AI, digital transformation, or enterprise AI organizations
- Executive search or strategic talent mapping experience
- Familiarity with recruitment processes in large, matrixed organizations
- Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship for this role (no visa sponsorship provided)
