Job Summary
Own end-to-end recruitment execution from sourcing and screening through interview coordination and hiring; coordinate relocation, immigration, and licensing requirements; partner with hiring managers on recruiting best practices, interviewing techniques, and employment compliance. Design and implement recruitment initiatives and programs; provide analytical support to measure impact and identify process improvements; champion workplace diversity and inclusive hiring; represent Bally's at career events and community activities. Collaborate with HR, Employer Brand, and Social Media teams to develop and execute online recruiting strategies that showcase the Bally's brand and attract top performers across the portfolio.
