Support engineer for the Asset Management and Global Reliability team, providing technical expertise to operations and maintenance personnel to enhance equipment reliability through data-driven failure analysis and chronic problem elimination. Develop specialized work specifications and procedures, while establishing and tracking maintenance and reliability indicators to identify improvement opportunities. Participate in weekly production meetings across sectors and share knowledge across all organizational levels. Conduct root cause analysis to measure results, identify gaps, and implement corrective action plans. Maintain a full-time day shift schedule (37.5 hours/week) at the Contreoir plant, prioritizing safety by integrating ArcelorMittal's 10 Golden Rules daily.
