Hematologist/Oncologist sought to join an employed group at Sovah Health in Southern Virginia with a focus on cancer care delivery. The role supports an outpatient clinic with infusion services and collaborative care alongside APPs, imaging/radiation colleagues, navigators, pharmacists, and lab staff. Responsibilities include participation in tumor boards, involvement with clinical trials, and utilization of the Aria Oncology information system. The oncology team treats breast, prostate, lung, colon, and head/neck cancers with a hematology panel; inpatient referrals go to larger academic centers. The compensation package may include a competitive base salary plus RVU production bonus, sign-on bonus, relocation assistance, PTO, retirement plan, student loan repayment assistance, residency stipend, CME allowance and days, and malpractice coverage.
