Job Summary
Full-time Hematologist/Oncologist position at Sovah Health joining an employed group with Hem/Oncs, APP, and Rad/Onc on-site. Responsibilities include outpatient clinic volume of 25-30 per day, participation in bi-weekly tumor board and clinical trial programs, use of Aria Oncology information system, 10 infusion chairs, and integration with a team including navigators, pharmacists, lab staff, and management. Inpatient treatment referrals go to large academic centers in the area. Offers compensation package including base salary with RVU production bonus, sign-on bonus, relocation assistance, PTO, retirement plan, student loan repayment assistance, CME allowances and days, professional liability coverage, marketing and practice growth support. Hospital systems include ACOS-CoC accreditation with affiliations to Danville and Martinsville, VA; communities described as Danville and Martinsville with proximity to Raleigh-Durham region. Required Qualifications
- Board-Certified/Board-Eligible Hematology-Oncology (BC/BE Hematologist/Oncologist)
- D2023
- MD or DO
- Eligible for medical licensure in Virginia or relevant state
