Cancer Care Clinic - Clinical Nurse

Provide direct patient care in the 24/7 Cancer Care Clinic outpatient setting, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation within nursing standards. Administer chemotherapy, blood products, IV hydration, central line and port care, phlebotomy, and related treatments. Collaborate with an interprofessional team to develop, implement, and document individualized plans of care; educate patients and families on disease management and post-treatment home care; promote patient safety, quality, and regulatory compliance; participate in professional development. Support a role that involves rotating 12-hour shifts, weekend rotations approximately every 6 weeks, and safety-sensitive responsibilities. Minimum requirements include Nursing Diploma/Associate's degree with RN licensure; Bachelor’s degree preferred with <2 years of experience in the preferred area.
