Canadian Law Clerk/Case Manager

Job Summary
Support preparation and management of Canadian immigration matters under supervision of Canadian attorneys and senior professionals. Responsibilities include preparing immigration applications and supporting documentation (work permits, LMIA, permanent residence), reviewing client-provided documents for completeness and compliance, conducting legal and policy research on Canadian programs, assisting with case preparation and drafting submissions, communicating with clients to obtain documentation and provide case updates, tracking deadlines related to filings and renewals, maintaining accurate case records in internal systems, assisting with responses to government information requests, and utilizing WRapid and other case management tools to monitor progress.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma relevant field
