Job Summary
Conduct relationship management and financial analysis for mid-sized businesses by providing credit, deposit, and cash management solutions tailored to client needs. Complete an eight-to-ten-month training program featuring in-branch mentorship, classroom sessions, and online modules covering credit approval and industry analysis. Successfully transition from the Associate Program into an Account Manager or Analyst position within a Commercial Banking Center after demonstrating strong analytical skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Required Qualifications
- Business degree (honors bachelor's degree in business administration, B. Comm. or MBA)
- Other undergraduate degrees combined with CFA designation
- Commercial banking experience
- Demonstrated experience in sales or relationship management
- Strong analytical & organizational skills
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
