Job Summary
Conduct financial analysis, risk management, and industry analysis for mid-market businesses to create tailored business proposals addressing diverse credit, deposit, and cash management needs. Collaborate with relationship managers or operate as a standalone account manager to build strategies that meet client financial goals. Begin with six months of on-site coaching and structured training before advancing to an analyst role within the commercial banking team.
Required Qualifications
- strong background in business and finance
- knowledge of specific products they are responsible for selling and service
- keen insight into all their clients – their industry, products, finances and markets
- good judgment in people, businesses and markets based on education, experience, “gut instincts” and “street smarts”
- ability to work closely with a variety of mid-market businesses
- ability to create business proposals based on the diverse credit, deposits and cash management needs of your clients
- working towards completing an undergraduate or graduate degree in business
- another degree combined with work experience
