Job Summary
Receive incoming shipments, verify products against packing slips, and process paperwork accurately. Inspect materials for damage or discrepancies, then pick, pack, and stage customer orders while preparing shipments with proper labeling. Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment to load and unload trucks, storing materials in designated locations to maintain inventory accuracy. Conduct daily equipment inspections, maintain housekeeping standards, and collaborate with inventory, procurement, and logistics teams to resolve issues. Ensure all safety policies and regulatory requirements are followed while wearing appropriate personal protective equipment.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2-5 years of warehouse, logistics, or distribution experience
- Current Valid Driver's License
- Current counterbalance forklift certification
- Ability to lift up to 55 lbs (25 kg) regularly
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach for extended periods
- Ability to work indoors and outdoors in varying environmental conditions
- Ability to safely operate warehouse equipment
- Ability to wear and properly utilize appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE)
- Regular attendance and punctuality
