Job Summary
Drive the development and execution of country-specific merchant services strategies in Canada to expand merchant offerings, monetize new product opportunities, and optimize revenue growth. Lead cross-functional delivery of merchant solutions, oversee complex rollouts, analyze market trends and competitive dynamics, and build strategic partnerships with payment brands, fintechs, and ecosystem players. Collaborate with sales, product, relationship managers, operations, marketing, and compliance to ensure seamless delivery, monitor performance with actionable insights, and ensure regulatory and industry-standard compliance. Influence mid-to-long term strategy and P&L impact; operate as a senior leader on the Canadian Senior Leadership Team.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field. MBA.
