Job Summary
Development Manager to lead Atlantic portfolio for Canada Lands Company. Responsibilities include advancing planning, engineering, servicing and subdivision approvals for major redevelopment projects; managing multidisciplinary consultant teams (planners, engineers, architects, contractors); overseeing procurement, scope development, tendering and contract administration; tracking schedules, budgets, risks and milestones; representing CLC with municipal staff, community stakeholders, builders, and internal teams; supporting on-site activities and issue resolution during active phases; contributing to internal reporting and governance materials; adapting to shifting priorities driven by project needs or public-sector initiatives. Ideal candidate has 5–7 years of real estate development experience, owner-side development background or equivalent, hands-on site familiarity, and the ability to work autonomously and collaboratively with public-sector partners. French language ability is an asset but not required; relocation support is not provided.
