Canada Employee and Labor Relations Manager

Job Summary
Lead negotiations and provide expert employee and labour relations guidance across Canada, partnering with HRBPs and leaders to ensure compliant, respectful employment practices. Serve as lead negotiator for designated portfolios, develop collective bargaining mandates with complex economic modeling and costings, coach management on disciplinary actions, PIPs, and workplace conflicts, and oversee sensitive internal investigations. Collaborate with legal teams to ensure compliance with Canadian laws, deliver ER/LR capability-building training and self-serve tools, monitor LR/ER metrics, and support mediations, grievances, and arbitrations while maintaining a strong knowledge of evolving employment law across provinces.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Relations and/or Human Resources Management, or equivalent experience.
- 10+ years of employee & labour relations, human resources and workplace investigations experience.
- Provincial HR Professional certification, an asset.
