Job Summary
Manage the Canadian returns process, including authorizations, tracking, and resolution, while serving as the primary point of contact for customers regarding returns, replacements, and warranty claims. Ensure timely and accurate processing of credits and product disposition by coordinating with third-party logistics providers and warehouse teams for efficient receipt and inspection. Monitor inventory levels, reconcile discrepancies between physical stock and system records, and analyze returns data to identify trends and root causes. Operate battery-powered reach truck equipment and support inbound and outbound logistics activities to maintain operational efficiency. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to reduce return rates and improve customer satisfaction through continuous improvement initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- 2–5 years of experience in customer service, returns processing, logistics, or warehouse coordination
- Experience working with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Experience working with Microsoft Excel
- Strong attention to detail
