Job Summary
Lead Canada operations for global study and site execution with end-to-end accountability for start-up, enrolment, retention, data quality, and patient safety; provide strategic country leadership for study feasibility, site selection, and resource planning; manage Country/Hub team, budgets, vendor oversight, and regulatory compliance within local and global frameworks (ICH-GCP, SOPs); drive site engagement and governance while ensuring delivery of portfolio objectives and risk management; requires advanced degrees and substantial clinical operations leadership experience in life sciences.
Required Qualifications
- Doctorate degree and 3 years of clinical execution experience OR
- Master’s degree and 7 years of clinical execution experience OR
- Bachelor’s degree and 9 years of clinical execution experience
- at least 3 years’ experience directly managing people and/or leadership experience leading teams, projects, programs, or directing the allocation or resources
