Job Summary
Create, review, and process Marketplace quotes, product corrections, and cancellations ensuring accuracy in pricing terms and contractual details. Process day-to-day Shared Services case requests, validate billing data prior to execution, and escalate ambiguous scenarios to senior specialists. Partner with Customer Success and other cross-functional teams to support case routing, data validation, and use of AI-enabled tools. Maintain accurate records in Salesforce and RCA while identifying recurring issues for resolution. This 6-month contract runs from September 7, 2026, to March 5, 2027, with remote or hybrid work based in Mississauga.
Required Qualifications
- Associate's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience in business, finance, or a related field
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in a fast-paced environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Office
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize competing demands
- Comfortable working with ambiguity and adapting to change in a growing business
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience in business, finance, or a related field
- Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM/case management tools
- Exposure to subscription billing, quoting, or contract administration
- Familiarity with SaaS or subscription-based business models
- Interest in AI-enabled tools and process automation
