(CAN) Stocking 3 Team Lead

Oversees overnight stocking teams and department processes, coordinates tasks and priorities with the General Merchandise Coach and Store Management, leads team huddles and communications, ensures secure display and safety standards, conducts audits, reviews schedules with People Lead, develops associates through teaching and training, participates in recruiting and hiring, and supports management tasks in GTA/Workday. Responsibilities include ensuring department presentation, implementing merchandising changes, providing feedback and coaching, facilitating performance discussions, and maintaining a safe, hazard-free work environment. Minimum pay starts at $19.15 per hour.
