Self-Checkout Attendant at Walmart Canada provides exceptional customer service and assists customers processing transactions through the self-service area. Responsibilities include keeping the area neat and organized, educating customers on self-service options, promoting sponsor programs, monitoring customer activity to determine when assistance is needed, explaining quality checks and interventions, responding to EAS alarms and logging deactivations, calling the Customer Service Manager for cash or technical issues, and returning Scan & Go scanners after use. The role is based at the Laval, QC location with a starting pay of $18.75 per hour.
