Job Summary
Relief Pharmacist who supports the Pharmacy Manager and Staff Pharmacist across multiple Edmonton-area locations. Responsibilities include accepting prescriptions and refills, counseling patients on medications, ensuring accurate and safe dispensing per OBWs/SOPs, proper storage of pharmaceuticals, operating pharmacy equipment, maintaining patient privacy, and following provincial regulations. Must travel to various locations per the Relief program schedule and develop collaborative relationships with health-care providers and store clinics. Salary ranges from $41.60 to $55.90 per hour, determined by relevant experience, with annualized pay based on the stated hourly rate.
Required Qualifications
- Pharmacist license (Canada)
- Secondary optional permit in Alberta: CA_APA - Additional Prescribing Authorization
