Job Summary

Lead Walmart Canada OMNI department in Mississauga to drive customer service excellence and efficient OMNI operations. Responsibilities include greeting customers, promoting products/services, assisting with merchandise location and purchasing decisions, resolving customer issues, and referring concerns as appropriate. Provide direction and coordination of daily OMNI activities, monitor and improve area presentation, delegate tasks, and support scheduling. Track and act on OMNI metrics (Presubs, FTPR, CSAT), participate in training and development of OMNI Associates, and maintain a safe, clean environment by following company policy and Spark App Checklists. Strong emphasis on leadership, communication, and adherence to standards to ensure a positive customer experience and efficient store operations.
