Job Summary
Provide exemplary customer service in Walmart Canada's General Merchandise area; greet customers, promote products/services, assist with locating merchandise and purchases, and resolve issues. Maintain and zone the salesfloor, stock merchandise, move feature merchandise to modular displays, support front-end coverage, communicate with teammates to ensure floor coverage, and uphold a safe, clean, hazard-free work environment per company policy (including safety logs). This role involves stocking/downstock as needed and executing modulars and shelf caps for merchandising displays.
