(CAN) Customer Service Desk Associate

Deliver friendly, professional customer service at Walmart Canada's Trenton location; assist customers with information, refunds, exchanges and directions, maintain accurate refund slips and tax-exempt records, ensure damaged merchandise is sent to Claims, and verify items are scanned correctly before returning them to the sales floor. Responsibilities include following Refund Automation procedures, handling refunds and exchanges, and upholding company policies and security in front-end operations while representing company values; prioritize customer assistance in a retail setting and be able to operate in a part-time role. Minimum pay starts at 17.75 USD per hour.
