CAN Contracts Manager

Job Summary
Amend and negotiate construction contracts, purchase orders, and legal documents to ensure obligations are equitable, minimize risks, and accurately reflect bid scopes. Liaise with Canadian sales and operations teams to adjust scope and pricing, while negotiating with general contractors, consultants, and legal counsel to establish fair terms. Streamline ongoing contract processes by standardizing negotiations and connecting scope of work with change requests and amendments to eliminate misinterpretations. Stay current with relevant laws and regulations impacting agreed terms. This role supports the Contracts Team in Stoney Creek, working closely with cross-functional departments across Canada.
Required Qualifications
- 5 or more years of experience in contracts management
- strong knowledge of contract law

- Bachelor's degree in business administration
