The Campus Worship Leader/Pastor serves as the primary worship leader for the West Palm Beach campus. Responsibilities include leading worship services, developing volunteer teams, and creating presence-driven worship environments. This role requires a balance of musical excellence and spiritual sensitivity, carrying the broader vision of the worship ministry and the church, and fostering a positive team culture. The leader is expected to invest in the growth of volunteers, manage scheduling and service quality, and communicate effectively across teams. Ideal candidates will demonstrate journey church values of growth, humility, positivity, and relationships.
