Job Summary
Lead weekly worship services and CR Youth experiences with excellence, authenticity, and spiritual attentiveness. Direct service execution, create Ableton tracks, and train musicians while collaborating with the Producer to shape the weekend feel. Recruit, develop, and coach worship volunteers through auditions, rehearsals, and team nights. Schedule staff in Planning Center, manage equipment upkeep, and oversee budgets for musicians and gear. Participate in weekly planning meetings, campus huddles, and discipleship opportunities, attending retreats as requested. Work independently and collaboratively during a regular Sunday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday schedule with occasional event duties.
Required Qualifications
- 4-year degree in a related field or equivalent, relevant ministry experience
- Strong musical ability
- Comfortable with Planning Center, Ableton/track playback systems, and modern worship tech
- Able to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting
- Demonstrates personal integrity and lives a Christ-centered life
- Primarily indoors with occasional travel for events
- May require occasional travel to other campuses
- Regular exposure to high-volume sound levels (84dB+)
- Regular work schedule is Sunday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday, with occasional Monday, Friday, and Saturday responsibilities for ministry events, services, and special programming
