Campus Worship Leader

Campus Worship Leader at Abundant Life Church Crossroads campus is responsible for planning and executing all Sunday worship services, leading the band and vocalists, and developing the worship ministry. The role includes recruiting, training, and developing volunteers; leading band rehearsals; managing programming and timing in Planning Center; providing care and counsel to those involved in worship; planning and executing worship for events (camp, weddings, funerals); maintaining the music library and equipment; and assisting with budget development in collaboration with the Worship department and Campus Pastor. The ideal candidate is a trained musician with band leadership experience, capable of inspiring volunteers, developing leaders, and communicating effectively while upholding the church’s core values and mission.
