Job Summary
Campus Visit & Operations Coordinator coordinates campus visits and admission events to recruit first-year and transfer students, manages Slate CRM communications, and collaborates with faculty, staff, and student ambassadors to develop and run events. Responsibilities include supervising student ambassadors and tours, handling front-desk operations, greeting visitors, and facilitating interactions between prospective students and current Mount Marty students. The role maintains dashboards and reports, oversees daily campus visit itineraries (including Discovery Days, Nursing Visit Day, STEM Symposium, Admitted Student Days, Educators Rising, etc.), coordinates itineraries with coaches, faculty, admission counselors, and staff, and Oversees Slate CRM event communications and document uploads (transcripts). It also involves creating admission materials and mailings, coordinating VIP tours, and ensuring ambassador presence at commencements; requires a Bachelor’s degree and experience in a college admissions context is preferred.
