Campus Visit Coordinator

Job Summary
Organize and oversee daily campus tours and lead planning and execution of large group visits for schools, organizations, and community groups. Manage onboarding and training of student assistants for admissions events, coordinate pre-visit engagement strategies and CRM-driven communications, and monitor key performance indicators such as visit-to-application and visit-to-enrollment conversion. Gather post-visit feedback, analyze data to drive improvements, and provide regular reports to support recruitment efforts. Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication, collaborate with campus partners, and ensure accurate, up-to-date content is shared in presentations and tours.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Two years’ experience in event planning, customer service, sales, marketing or related areas
- Ability to independently manage multiple projects and creatively solve problems
- Experience with data management including entering, reporting and tracking data
- Excellent professional written and verbal communication skills
