Job Summary
Setup, operation and tear down of AV equipment used in campus events. Responsibilities include setting up and tearing down audio, video and lighting equipment, operating AV gear during events, assisting with cleaning and maintenance of equipment, and working a variety of hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays on campus locations.
Required Qualifications
- Enrolled at GCU as a full-time student in a Bachelor’s program or Master’s program
- Retain a 2.0 GPA as a Bachelor level student or a 3.0 GPA as a Master level student
- Maintain good financial and academic (SAP) standing with the University
- Ability to lift objects weighing up to 40 lbs individually, or 70 lbs team lift
- Ability to work evenings, weekends and holidays
- Ability to work all commencements in the spring and winter
