Job Summary
Manage the sourcing and selection pipeline for the Management Candidate Program and Internship Program by developing university partnerships with key academic leaders and stakeholders. Lead campus recruiting activities including presentations, career fairs, and interviews while coordinating with store managers to set hiring goals. Execute the summer intern program by planning social events, monitoring staffing and budgets, and overseeing performance evaluations. Analyze recruiting data to track school performance and develop external market networks to inform salary and competition strategies. Control the recruitment budget for all on-campus initiatives and manage training programs for new manager trainees to ensure a smooth transition to company values.
Required Qualifications
- 4 years of prior recruiting experience
- at least 2 years of college recruiting experience
- Bachelor's Degree
- Strong communication, interpersonal, public speaking and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and as an integral part of a team
- Proficient in office computer software/systems (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Willingness to travel as needed during peak recruiting seasons (approximately 30%)
- Flexibility to work evenings during recruitment and summer seasons
- Proficient in major social media networks
- Previous experience using an applicant tracking system
- Excellent listening, written and oral communication skills
- Regular, dependable attendance and punctuality
- US Travel may be required: 30%
