Job Summary
Direct and partner with home office teams and campus leaders on the efficient operations of Facility Operations and Environmental Services teams. Monitor operations for efficiency and safety, ensuring all applicable regulatory requirements are met. Conduct campus visits to verify standards implementation, manage maintenance audits, and oversee capital equipment replacement. Assist in new construction projects and bed additions while partnering with vendors to ensure high service levels. Develop and execute five-year capital plans, communicate with State Surveyors regarding Life Safety issues, and support the execution of environmental protocols. Provide recommendations for policy modifications and best practices to improve company services.
Required Qualifications
- Associate Degree
- 1-3 years
- Must be able to lift at least 50lbs
- Must be able to maintain verbal and written communication with co-workers, supervisors, residents, family members, visitors, vendors, and all business associates outside of the health campus
