Job Summary
Serve as a substitute teacher across grade levels and content areas, implementing lesson plans, maintaining a positive classroom culture, and ensuring continuity of learning during absences. Support campus operational systems including student supervision, arrival/dismissal, testing assistance, and materials preparation. Assist lead teachers in small-group learning, intervention, and student engagement while participating in coaching, observations, and professional learning opportunities. Provide consistent instructional and operational support to ensure students experience high-quality learning every day. This full-time role offers a unique opportunity to gain meaningful school-based experience, build relationships with students and staff, and develop skills for future growth within the education field.
Required Qualifications
- Mastery of and enthusiasm for teaching elementary (K-8) academic content
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
- Valid IVP Fingerprint Clearance card
