Job Summary
Conduct comprehensive maintenance, repair, and installation of HVAC and mechanical equipment across all university buildings. Monitor, troubleshoot, and repair control systems while providing customer training on safe equipment operation. Respond to on-call and after-hours emergencies with flex-time provided. Regular work hours are 8am-4:30pm. This role requires a minimum of two years servicing commercial HVAC systems, a valid driver's license, and experience with VRF, DOAS, boiler, and chiller systems.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years' experience servicing and repairing commercial HVAC systems
- Valid MO driver's license
- Background check required
- Must be dependable
- detail oriented

- excellent customer service skills
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with VRF, DOAS, Boiler and Chiller systems
- Experience in HVAC controls and software systems
