Job Summary
As a Campus Staff Minister, you will pursue spiritual growth by developing self-leadership and engaging with Scripture, prayer, and worship. Leadership responsibilities include modeling InterVarsity's vision, creating a culture of dependability on God, and mobilizing students and faculty to engage with the gospel. You will also be responsible for equipping students for leadership roles, collaborating with other InterVarsity staff, and developing ministry partnerships. Required qualifications include a Bachelor's or Associate's degree, strong interpersonal and communication skills, and a commitment to InterVarsity's doctrinal statements.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required for CSMs assigned to a four-year campus.
- A minimum of an Associate’s degree required for CSMs assigned to a two-year campus or a community college.
- Annually affirm InterVarsity’s Statement of Agreement.
- Abide by InterVarsity’s Code of Conduct.
- Believe and behave consonantly with InterVarsity’s Human Sexuality Theological Paper.
- Affirm and behave consonantly with InterVarsity’s 'Women in Ministry Statement of Affirmation'
Desired Qualifications

- Familiarity with word processing, presentation, email, and spreadsheet software
