Campus Security Manager

Manages a shift and/or segment of guarding operations at multiple sites, supervising subordinate officers and supervisory staff; ensures service quality through client communications, post inspections, and corrective actions; coordinates orientation, training, and development of staff; maintains payroll records and client/company reports; ensures compliance with laws, policies, and procedures; collaborates with line management on scheduling, staffing, and security planning to meet client requirements while controlling labor costs; provides input on company initiatives and resolves issues across security operations.
