Job Summary

Manages a shift and/or segment of guarding operations at multiple sites, supervising subordinate officers and supervisory staff; ensures service quality through client communications, post inspections, and corrective actions; coordinates orientation, training, and development of staff; maintains payroll records and client/company reports; ensures compliance with laws, policies, and procedures; collaborates with line management on scheduling, staffing, and security planning to meet client requirements while controlling labor costs; provides input on company initiatives and resolves issues across security operations. Key skills include security operations understanding, supervisory practices, planning and leadership, strong communication, customer service, and ability to take initiative and drive results.

Required Qualifications

  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Must have a reliable means of communication
  • Must have a reliable means of transportation
  • Must have the legal right to work in the United States
  • Must have the ability to speak, read, and write English
  • Must have a High School Diploma or GED
  • Education/Experience: Associate’s Degree and 1 year of experience in security operations, or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to perform the essential functions of the job
