Job Summary
Lead a team of site security personnel across three datacenters in Vienna and Schwechat, managing physical security operations, recruitment, onboarding, and training. Ensure policies and standard procedures are followed for audit readiness while planning and completing security projects. Evaluate site operations effectiveness to drive improvement and meet key performance indicator goals. Conduct regular account reviews with client and corporate management to support security planning and assessments. Build relationships with internal and external stakeholders to maintain a safe environment. Split time equally between sites to build familiarity and coach staff for success. Requires equal splitting of time between sites, a minimum salary of €4,600 gross per month, and full-time employment.
Required Qualifications
- Active management of physical security operations and on-site security personnel at min. 3 facilities
- Supervision of and collaboration in recruitment and hire, onboarding, training and development at the sites
- Ensure that all policies and standard procedures are being followed
- Planning, assignment and management of security projects
- Evaluation of the effectiveness of site security operations
- Utilization of excellent customer service and communication skills
- Regular meetings with the client and Securitas corporate management representatives
- Building and maintenance of relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Ensure that site health and key performance indicator goals are met or exceeded
- Driving safety programming for the security team with a goal of zero workplace injuries onsite
- Equal splitting of time between sites
- Legal age: 18 years
- No criminal record
- Work permit for Austria (freier Zugang zum österreichischen Arbeitsmarkt)
- Excellent written and spoken English skills & very good German skills
- Drivers licence B
- Minimum education: High school diploma or secondary education equivalent
- At least 4 years of experience in the security industry and management
- MS Office Skills
- Working knowledge with security technologies (CCTV, access control systems, incident management software, etc.)
- Willingness to travel abroad
Desired Qualifications
- Preferably bachelor's degree in Security Management, Business Management or related fields
- Experience with working in a datacenter environment
