Job Summary
Campus Store Leader responsible for supporting a Market Leader or Campus Store Manager to drive sales growth and deliver brand and operational excellence across campus store operations. Lead a team to provide engaging customer service, execute store plans, manage cash handling and inventory, maintain visual merchandising standards, and support course materials activities. Supervise FT/PT and seasonal staff, train and coach teammates, schedule within budget, and foster campus relationships to enable campus events and partnerships. Demonstrates Follett values and core competencies while safeguarding asset protection and safety. Travel is minimal; opportunity to impact campus retail performance and student experience through leadership and mentorship.
Required Qualifications
- Associate's Degree or equivalent.
- 0-5 years of relevant experience.
- Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong customer service, communication, and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical skills and financial acumen.
- Advanced relationship building, a demonstrated ability to influence a team, and customer outreach.
