Job Summary
Execute store plans and daily operations for traditional and rush periods, including managing cash registers, inventory control, and shipping/receiving. Drive sales growth by leading promotions, reviewing financials, and setting sales floor standards for merchandise and course materials. Supervise team members through training, scheduling, and onboarding while ensuring adherence to policies and safety protocols. Greet customers, resolve escalated issues, and maintain service level agreements for orders. Communicate with campus leadership to facilitate events and uphold brand values.
Required Qualifications
- Associate's Degree or equivalent
- 0-5 years of relevant experience
- Academic retail experience is a plus
- Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills
- Strong customer service, communication, and presentation skills
- Strong analytical skills and financial acumen
- Advanced relationship building, a demonstrated ability to influence a team, and customer outreach
- General computer skills
- Travel: minimal - less than 10%
